Return & Refund Policy – Nailora

At Nailora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Open Parcel at Doorstep

We strongly encourage all customers to open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider before accepting it. This ensures that you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.

❌ No Refund After Delivery

Once the parcel has been accepted and the delivery rider has left, Nailora will not be responsible for any refund or return request. No refunds will be issued after delivery is completed.

✅ Valid Refund/Return Cases

A return or refund will only be accepted in the following cases, reported at the time of delivery:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or broken product
  • Missing item from order

📋 How to Claim

  1. Inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider
  2. If any issue is found, refuse to accept the parcel
  3. Take a photo/video as proof
  4. Contact us immediately via Instagram or Whatsapp

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Opened or used nail products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • No refund will be processed for change of mind after delivery
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders that are refused without valid reason may be blacklisted
